I became friends with Annie Wayte when she opened Nicole’s Restaurant within the Nicole Farhi Flagship Store in New York City, having frequently dined at their sister restaurant on London’s New Bond Street - which I made a point to visit on every business trip.  Her food is both wonderfully minimalist and distinctive with just the right English notes.

 

I had the pleasure of helping Annie style her first cookbook, providing props and background to highlight her delightfully fresh recipes and was humbled to be mentioned in her Acknowledgments.
